Glimmi is an app that applies photo effects. It is operated by Yakup Hakan Bayramoğlu, an individual developer based in Türkiye ("we"). Questions: support@glimmi.app.
What we collect
- Photos you choose for an AI effect, and the resulting images.
- An anonymous account identifier, created automatically. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
- A random device identifier, stored on your device, used only to limit the free trial to one per device.
- Credit and purchase status: which plan or credit pack you bought, your credit balance and a record of each effect you ran (effect, time, status). Payments are handled by Apple; we never see your card details. Subscription status reaches us through RevenueCat, our purchase-management provider.
- Reports you send about a result.
We do not show ads, do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and do not sell or share your data for marketing.
How your photos are processed
Only after you give permission in the app, a photo you choose for an AI effect is uploaded to our server (Supabase) and sent to fal.ai (Features & Labels, Inc., USA), which runs an image model from OpenAI to create the effect. The photo is used only to produce the effect you selected.
- The uploaded photo is deleted from our server as soon as processing ends (at the latest within 1 day).
- The result is kept for 7 days so you can view it in the Gallery, then deleted automatically.
- The Filters tab works entirely on your device. Those photos are never uploaded.
You can withdraw the AI permission at any time in Settings. Without it, AI effects are not available; filters still work.
Legal bases
We process photos on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5), and purchase and credit records to provide the service you requested (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)). Our providers are located in the United States; transfers rely on your explicit consent and the providers' contractual safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Uploaded photos: deleted after processing. Results: 7 days. Account, credit and purchase records: until you delete your data. Settings → Delete my data immediately removes your photos, results, records and account. Apple keeps its own purchase records; to stop a subscription, cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing by writing to support@glimmi.app. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye: Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
Children
Glimmi is not intended for children under 13. Only upload photos of yourself or of people who agreed to it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.

Glimmi, fotoğraflara efekt uygulayan bir uygulamadır. Uygulamayı Türkiye'de yerleşik bireysel geliştirici Yakup Hakan Bayramoğlu ("biz") işletir. Sorular için: support@glimmi.app.
Topladığımız veriler
- AI efekti için seçtiğin fotoğraflar ve ortaya çıkan sonuçlar.
- Otomatik oluşturulan anonim hesap kimliği. Adını, e-postanı veya telefonunu istemiyoruz.
- Cihazında saklanan rastgele bir cihaz kimliği. Yalnızca ücretsiz denemeyi cihaz başına bir kez ile sınırlamak için kullanılır.
- Kredi ve satın alma durumu: aldığın plan veya kredi paketi, kredi bakiyen ve çalıştırdığın her efektin kaydı (efekt, zaman, durum). Ödemeleri Apple alır; kart bilgilerini asla görmeyiz. Abonelik durumu bize satın alma altyapı sağlayıcımız RevenueCat üzerinden ulaşır.
- Bir sonuç hakkında gönderdiğin bildirimler.
Reklam göstermiyoruz, reklam veya analiz izleyicisi kullanmıyoruz, verilerini pazarlama için satmıyor ya da paylaşmıyoruz.
Fotoğrafların nasıl işlenir
Yalnızca uygulamada izin verdikten sonra, AI efekti için seçtiğin fotoğraf sunucumuza (Supabase) yüklenir ve efekti oluşturmak için OpenAI'ın görüntü modelini çalıştıran fal.ai (Features & Labels, Inc., ABD)'ye gönderilir. Fotoğraf yalnızca seçtiğin efekti üretmek için kullanılır.
- Yüklenen fotoğraf işlem biter bitmez sunucumuzdan silinir (en geç 1 gün içinde).
- Sonuç, Galeri'de görebilmen için 7 gün saklanır, sonra otomatik silinir.
- Filtreler sekmesi tamamen cihazında çalışır; o fotoğraflar hiçbir yere yüklenmez.
AI iznini istediğin zaman Ayarlar'dan geri çekebilirsin. İzin olmadan AI efektleri kullanılamaz; filtreler çalışmaya devam eder.
Hukuki dayanak
Fotoğrafları açık rızana (KVKK md. 5; GDPR md. 6(1)(a)), satın alma ve kredi kayıtlarını ise istediğin hizmeti sunmak için (KVKK md. 5(2)(c); GDPR md. 6(1)(b)) işleriz. Sağlayıcılarımız ABD'dedir; yurt dışına aktarım açık rızana ve sağlayıcıların sözleşmesel güvencelerine dayanır.
Saklama ve silme
Yüklenen fotoğraflar: işlemden sonra silinir. Sonuçlar: 7 gün. Hesap, kredi ve satın alma kayıtları: verilerini silene kadar. Ayarlar → Verilerimi sil fotoğraflarını, sonuçlarını, kayıtlarını ve hesabını hemen siler. Apple kendi satın alma kayıtlarını ayrıca tutar; aboneliği durdurmak için Apple ID ayarlarından iptal etmelisin.
Hakların
support@glimmi.app adresine yazarak verilerine erişim, düzeltme veya silme talep edebilir, rızanı geri çekebilir ya da işlemeye itiraz edebilirsin. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na şikâyette bulunma hakkın da vardır.
Çocuklar
Glimmi 13 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır. Yalnızca kendi fotoğraflarını veya izin veren kişilerin fotoğraflarını yükle.

Bu politika değişirse bu sayfayı ve yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz.
